The Dronitaly journey
In September 2025, again at the ENEA Brasimone Research Centre, the first special invitation-only event was held, promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Region in collaboration with ENEA, Assorpas and BolognaFiere Water&Energy-BFWE, with the aim of opening a constructive dialogue between companies offering solutions and the Public Administration seeking them.
A central theme was the contribution that these new technologies can make in terms of safety and environmental monitoring, including during complex and high-risk operations, making them faster, more cost-effective and less hazardous.
Together with the focus on regulation, the value of training and technological innovation, this topic was then resumed and explored further at Dronitaly 2026.
The 11th edition closed with significant results, bringing together businesses, professionals, institutions and the research community for three days at BolognaFiere’s EX-GAM.
The event at the ENEA Brasimone Research Centre
In October, Dronitaly returns to the ENEA Brasimone Research Centre with a special invitation-only event, strongly supported once again for this second edition by the Emilia-Romagna Region, designed to foster dialogue between businesses, the research community, institutions and the Public Administration.
Research, businesses and the PA at work at Brasimone
The event will be an opportunity to create operational connections between those who develop technologies, those who generate applied knowledge and those who need to integrate innovative solutions into public processes and services.
Connecting public demand with market solutions.
Enhancing research expertise and technology transfer.
Encouraging dialogue between businesses, institutions and the PA on concrete applications.
The ENEA Brasimone Centre as the event venue
The ENEA Brasimone Research Centre offers an ideal setting for an event dedicated to technologies, skills and operational applications for professional civil drones.
Towards Dronitaly 2027
The Brasimone event is a special milestone on the path towards the 12th edition of Dronitaly, the international event dedicated to the use of UAS in civil and professional contexts.
